If anyone gets mad, I don't care.
Ok first of all, the washrooms. Why are they always closed? And when one is finally open, you walk in, and there are about 20 guys in there. Half of them are vaping and the other half are just standing in front of the mirror fixing their hair. Seriously, where is a man supposed to go?
Then there's the hallways. Whoever designed them clearly herded cattle before becoming an architect. Between periods, it feels like you're trying to survive the purge. Everyone is moving at 0.2 km/h, nobody seems to know where they are going, and somehow it's always a thousand degrees. Does this school even have air conditioning?
Other schools are out here going on trips, visiting cities, going to camp; basically doing fun stuff. Meanwhile, we're lucky if we get one field trip?
And DECA. We get it. You're in DECA. You qualified for DECA. You're breathing DECA. Some of you treat DECA like it's a status symbol. Please find a real personality trait.
What does North Park have going for it? Ask anyone outside of the school, and they'll probably tell you about the marks getting boosted. Whether that's true or not, it's somehow one of the most talked about things about our school, which is not exactly a great reputation.
And we need to discuss the art hallway. Every school has that one hallway where the weirdest things happen right?. For us, it`s the art hallway. Somehow, there's always that one kid doing something so stupid. Why is he taking his shirt off? Why are people sitting on the floor having debates about Pokémon and Beyblades at 8:30 in the morning? You're not a child, grow up.
Despite all this, NPSS is still our school. I’m going to complain about it every day, and I won't stop. But if someone from another school starts talking trash, they’re done for.
Still, please open the washrooms, man.
