Ms Davies is an amazing Phys. Ed, English, and Leadership teacher. She started supplying as a teacher in 2019. This marks her third year teaching at North Park. She was inspired to become a teacher by the many wonderful teachers she had growing up. Her goal is to give her students the same positive experience her teachers gave her by modeling their teaching styles and methods. Though she loves teaching all her classes, her favorite course to teach is grade 10/11 girls' Phys. Ed as she finds that her students are always very motivated, passionate, and excited to be in class. Ms Davies has two adorable cats named Titten and Aurora (whom she calls Rory), and she loves them very much. During her free time, she loves to hang out with them. Another cool fact about Ms Davies is that she is a coach and trainer for CrossFit, a form of training combined with cardio, HIIT training, lifting, and gymnastics at GT Athletics. CrossFit is one of her favorite hobbies and she coaches adults as well as teenagers. This year she is coaching the girl's flag football and wrestling teams, and will possibly coach a girls' soccer team. One piece of advice Ms Davies gives to all high school students is to keep working hard, while not taking things too seriously. She says that since our lives have just begun, we need to learn to have fun along with trying to achieve our personal goals. She wants students to know that they should always go for what they really want because once you believe in something, you will achieve it.
